When opening the iPhone app, this evening, I get only a black screen.
I have reinstalled the app and synchronize with UTS Health.
Happily I made a synchro this morning.

But it is terrifying .
This is rather frequent !!!!!!!!!

any hint ? To day I have changed some color prefs on the UTS Health site.

No I did not. My next step was going to be to overwrite the second account with data from my Treo, then sync the iPhone with the same account. I'll wait until I get the resolution you sent.

Now, since 3 october, I don't change settings and I never crash. Syncing works well. But I pay attention to sync every day.

My iPhone app used to hang at the startup window until the latest app update from UTS. After the OS 3.2 update for my iPhone, the diabetes app won't sync with the database and the program crashes back to the app menus.

After uninstalling and re-installing the app several times, I tried creating a new account. That account allows me to sync. I then tried to sync the 'old' account and it gave me a database not signed error.

So, I downloaded the desktop companion, and tried to sync it to the old account - the desktop version crashed too. So I think the issue for me is in the database.

Next, I'll try and sync my old Palm with the new account to see if I can get it to transfer all the old data to the new account which works.

Could make a compare option like take glucose for today and yesterday place it in one chart to compare the two??So make it easy to see dips and peaks between the two days.Something be nice to have

The Glucose Histogram chart on here seem to over lap numbers at the bottom!It looks fine from 5 to 95 then after that it a mess.Can it be fixed so it reads right?I love this program It gave me allot info that helped my son he a type 1 on a pump .Hope this can be fixed when few days so when my son see his doctor they can use this info.

Sometimes I have, when opening the app, only a black screen. I can quit but reopening gives me the same black screen.
Switching off iPhone and restarting does not change anything.
I have to drop UTS Diabetes and re download it. And of course to sync.
