Some - like me - have an avatar for a long time.
Want to know why one choose the avatar they use,
where it come from and what it propose.

My avatar is a tree called "Linde" in Dutch. (Tilia europaea)
My name is based on this tree (plural of these trees).
You can find a part of it also in my username: LINDoras.
Under these tree children are playing
and at the background you'll see a little church.
I have four children en one grandchild.
Also I'm a catholic pastor in five little villages and
I work in a house for homeless people.
